Services
The Resort offers a full range of accommodation, dining, entertainment and other services to its guests. Kuriftu Resorts and Spas offer services exclusively to:
- Members (Day, Annual Family or Corporate memberships)
- Staying Room Guests and
- Special events such as weddings, private parties, conferences, retreats, etc
We provide a wide range of complimentary Services including but not limited to: Steam, Dry Sauna, Jacuzzi, Swimming Pool, Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Ping Pong, Dart, Air Hockey, and Exercise Room, etc.
Walk-in guests are allowed to the resort only under the following circumstances:
Ø Buy day membership pass at the reception desk. Benefits include restaurant or Spa Service options. The restaurant options offer a full course lunch menu with other specified complimentary services. Day members receive a discount of up to 25% on services not included in the package.
Ø Annual or corporate members have free and unrestricted access to the resorts. All needed is to bring the pass card issued by the resort to the individual or the company.
Ø Visitors of staying guests are allowed access only upon authorization by the guest.
The resort has a designated special visiting day (currently every Tuesday) for general public who may wish to visit the resort facility. However, all tours by the general public are guided by resort staff and are conducted strictly according to visitor codes set out by resort management. On visit days visitors are allowed only to visit the Resort’s facilities but use of any services is not permitted.
Bell Service: Our bell service associates stand ready to assist you with your luggage and other non-food and/or beverage items to and from your room. All porter services are free of charge.
Complimentary luggage storage is also available for early arrivals and/or late departures. Please inquire at the bell stand.
Business Center: The business center is located at the front desk. Please touch 108 for any needs you may have. Services offered include:

Faxes: The Front Desk can assist you in sending or receiving faxes. The fax number for guests to receive faxes is 0114 371259. Should you have a fax to send the rates are:

The Business Center operates on Self-Service bases and you will need your room key and cash to access the equipment you need. You may also sign up for the amount to be charged to your room. For your convenience, the Business Center is open 24/7.
Cash/Credit Card deposits: Kuriftu Resort and Spa must hold a valid credit card for each registered guest at the resort until final bill settlement. If you prefer to pay cash, we require full payment in advance for room and taxes, and a refundable deposit for incidentals (such as phones and in-room mini bars)
Check Cashing: Kuriftu Resort and Spa does not cash personal or company checks. We do not charge cash advances to a group master account and there are no Banks located on resort premises that can handle your banking needs.
Concierge Services: Our concierge staff located in the main lobby at the Bell stand is at your service daily. You may seek assistance and information for city tours or airline reservations. They can also assist you with planning activities around the area, car rent, arranging baby-sitting services or other services you may require.

Currency Exchange: Foreign currency exchange requests may be accommodated at the resort’s front desk.
For currency services not provided by Kuriftu Resorts and Spas, we recommend the nearby Bank of Ethiopia.
Baby Sitting Services: A-1 Tiny tots, nanny and sitting services are available upon request. Please contact the front desk at 0114 3712 60 Ext. 108 for details.
Dance Floors: The resort has dance floors available for your social events. Arrangements for dance floors should be made through your Duty/Banquet Manager.
