Reservation Policy

  • Persons representing groups of individuals or companies based or operating in Ethiopia are required to deposit 50% of the total invoice price upon reservation and sign an agreement of full liability in the event reservation is partially or completely cancelled.
  • Companies not having offices in the country must transfer the booking fees to the Resort’s account via Western Union or bank transfer.
  • If there are less than thirty days left to the date of the event/arrival the time of reservation/booking, full payment must be effected immediately.
  • Individuals requesting group reservations (≥ 10 rooms) are required to deposit 100% of the total invoice upon confirmation.
  • Payments can be made with cash, cheque (company cheques only), bank transfers, credit card (VISA or Master card only) at the time of reservation/confirmation.
