Policy Lake Tana

  • Room rates are based on double occupancy, but we entertain only one person under the age of 12(i.e.  Extra bed, breakfast and activities).
  • Please add 10% service Charge & on top of that 15% VAT on the accommodation Rate.
  • For additional person between the age of 12-17, 58 USD Full boards and 43 USD Half Board.
  • Half Board accommodation features to complimentary break fast, dinner, (One massage, one manicure & one pedicure) per room per night, Kayaking, and shuttle service from and to Bahirdar Airport.
  • Full board accommodation features to complimentary Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, (one massage, one manicure & one pedicure) per room per night, Kayaking, and shuttle service from and to Bahirdar Airport.
  • No Cancellation is entertained once the booking has been made and the payment has been effected. However , in some circumstances if the travelers is an able to travel to the resort cancellation can be made provided that the traveler makes the notice 72 hours/3 days / a head of his/her arrival date.
  • Check in is after 2:00 PM and check out is at 11:00AM
  • The payment is nun refundable in case of no show on the expected arrival date and time
