Kuriftu resort and spa – Lake Tana Reservation & Occupancy Policies
Rates: Bungalow rates are in USD for double occupancy per room. However, payment can be effected in ETB based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
Full-board bungalow rate includes complimentary Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Kayak and Shuttle Service for two from and to Bahir Dar airport.
Half-board rate include complimentary Breakfast, Dinner, Kayak and Shuttle Service for two from and to Bahir Dar airport.
Included in each bungalow rate are also one complimentary massage, one complimentary manicure and one complimentary pedicure per room per night
Family Plan:
No additional charge for children up to two years in cribs. No additional charge for one child (for non members) or two children (for members) 12 years and under for accommodation and breakfast if sharing room with parents.
No more than two children over 2 years of age are allowed in the same room with parents.
Additional Persons:
An additional 30 USD for Half Board and 45 USD for full board per night will be charged for each additional person between 12 and 17 years of age in a room.
Room Capacity:
Maximum room capacities are as follows:
All king size and twin beds -- 2 persons + one child under 12 years for non members
All king size and twin beds –2 persons + two children under 12 years for members
Taxes:
All rates are subjected to 10% service charge and 15% VAT. Tax rates are subject to change without notice. Credit Card Payments are subject to 3% transaction fee. Accepted Credit Cards are VISA and Master Cards
Deposit Policy:
A reservation can only be guaranteed against full payment with a valid credit card, cash or bank transfer for all nights including taxes. No reservation can be held if payment is not received 72 hours (for up to 2 rooms) or 10 days (for 3 or more rooms) before arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
A confirmed reservation must be cancelled or postponed at least 3 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes. Change and cancelation policies for promotional offers or special events may vary for the above. Reservation and cancellation policies are subject to change without notice.
