Cancellation/Change Date policy
- Cancellation and/or Change Date policies apply only to confirmed reservations (i.e. deposits have been made).
- A confirmed reservation/booking is defined as one which the resort has confirmed to the customer that the requested room (s) is/are available and the customer has secured the reservation by providing a guarantee letter, a credit card charge, cash payment or thru transfer deposit.
- Any cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date are subject to a $250.00 cancellation fee.
- Any cancellations with less than 30 days to the event date shall forfeit the full deposited amount.
- Postponement requests may be considered without penalty if the request is received at least 15 days before the event date.
- If postponement request is made with less than 15 days left, 25% of the total quotation amount will be charge in order to offset inconveniences and missed bookings.
- Deposits made for a reservation that is either not cancelled at least 30 days prior to or is not postponed at least 15 days before arrival date are 100% non-refundable.
- In the event a group has made reservations but is not able to travel to the resort due to circumstances beyond its control, and presents such in writing to the resort at least 15 days prior to arrival date, the resort may provide alternative dates at its own discretion.
- NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES; NO EXCEPTIONS.
- The resort reserves the right to cancel any booking for circumstances beyond its control. In such cases full deposited amount will be refunded.
No - Shows:-
- Any and all payments made are nonrefundable and contractual agreements are binding on customers that are “No - Show” on the expected date of arrival.
- If an individual or a company made a group reservation and the group fails to show up partially or fully on event date, full function price including applicable taxes will be charged.
